Picture, courtesy of Pepe.It feels great to see the Impact getting back on the winning track, and they did it with style against the Austin Aztex.
After a goalless first half, they started the second half strongly to rally 3 goals in 11 minutes, thanks in part to the great work of Stephen deRoux on the left flank.
Good news for the Pirma club. Simon Gatti played the full 90 minutes, and it was great to see him open his account with a goal in the 89th minute. David Testo played well in the middle (as always!) and enjoyed getting in some grinding tackles.
